The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultra-low-density rigid ceramic heat insulation tile, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of high-performance thermal protection materials.The method comprises the steps that ceramic fibers are added into water to be evenly mixed, and ceramic fiber slurry is obtained; uniformly mixing the sintering aid powder with the polymer solution to obtain a sintering aid mixture; stirring the ceramic fiber slurry, then adding the sintering aid mixture inwards in an intermittent spraying manner, and continuously stirring after the addition is completed, so as to obtain heat-insulating tile slurry; transferring the heat-insulating tile slurry into a filtering tool, standing and precipitating, taking away clear liquid above a precipitate deposit from the upper part until the precipitate deposit is exposed out of the water surface, and then filtering redundant water from a filter screen below the filtering tool to obtain a heat-insulating tile wet blank; drying the wet heat insulation tile blank to obtain a dry heat insulation tile blank; and putting the dry heat insulation tile blank into a closed ceramic box, and then transferring the dry heat insulation tile blank into a muffle furnace for sintering to obtain the ultra-low-density rigid ceramic heat insulation tile.
