The invention belongs to the field of zirconium oxide fiber-based porous ceramics, and discloses a preparation method of light heat-insulating zirconium oxide fiber-based porous ceramics, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing zirconium oxide fibers and silicon oxide fibers, adding into water, uniformly stirring, adding a certain amount of dispersing agent and starch, and continuously stirring to obtain mixed fiber slurry; transferring the mixed fiber slurry into a mold, coating the mold with a polyvinyl chloride film, then transferring the mold into an air dry oven, taking out the mold after heat preservation, and demolding to obtain a zirconium oxide-silicon oxide fiber composite green body; and putting the obtained zirconium oxide-silicon oxide fiber composite green body into a box-type furnace, and calcining to obtain the light heat-insulating zirconium oxide fiber-based porous ceramic. According to the invention, the silicon oxide fiber is used as a high-temperature binder and does not block holes formed by overlapping the zirconium oxide fiber, so that the zirconium oxide fiber-based porous ceramic has high porosity and low thermal conductivity.
本发明属于氧化锆纤维基多孔陶瓷领域,公开了一种轻质隔热氧化锆纤维基多孔陶瓷的制备方法,将氧化锆纤维和氧化硅纤维混合均匀加入到水中,搅拌均匀后加入一定量的分散剂和淀粉,并继续搅拌得到混合纤维浆料,将混合纤维浆料转移至模具中,并利用聚氯乙烯膜包覆模具,然后将模具转移至鼓风干燥箱中,保温后取出模具、进行脱模得到氧化锆‑氧化硅纤维复合坯体;将获得的氧化锆‑氧化硅纤维复合坯体放入箱式炉中,经煅烧获得轻质隔热氧化锆纤维基多孔陶瓷。本发明采用氧化硅纤维作为高温粘结剂,其不会堵塞氧化锆纤维搭接的孔洞,从而保证了氧化锆纤维基多孔陶瓷具有高气孔率、低热导率。
