The invention relates to a ceramic product and a preparation method and application thereof. The ceramic product comprises a ceramic substrate; the PVD multilayer composite coating is arranged on the ceramic base material, and the multilayer composite coating sequentially comprises a base layer, a transition layer and an antibacterial decorative layer from bottom to top. According to the ceramic product and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, a multi-color decoration effect is realized by utilizing a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating process; the energy consumption of firing in the preparation process of the colored glazed porcelain is reduced because accurate burdening and firing are needed in the colored glaze preparation process; an antibacterial substance is added into a target material by utilizing a PVD coating process, and the antibacterial characteristic of the surface of a product is realized while a decorative film layer is prepared. Compared with the process of directly depositing the decorative layer on the ceramic base material, the wear resistance of the ceramic product is improved by arranging the priming layer, the transition layer and the antibacterial decorative layer on the ceramic base material.
