The invention relates to a vibration reduction fastener of a non-abrasion limiting device. The vibration reduction fastener comprises an upper base plate (2), a lower base plate (3), a fastening bolt (4), a bolt bush (5) and a vibration reduction pad (14). Kidney-shaped holes (21) are formed in the two ends of the upper base plate (2), and corresponding kidney-shaped grooves (31) and screw holes (32) in the kidney-shaped grooves (31) are formed in the two ends of the lower base plate (3). The bolt bush (5) comprises an inner-layer bush (5a), a rubber spring (5b) and an outer-layer bush (5c), and the outer-layer bush is in a hollow column shape matched with the kidney-shaped hole; a flange (5c ') is formed on the upper end face of the bolt bushing, the inner-layer bushing is arranged in the outer-layer bushing in a sleeved mode, a through hole is formed in the upper surface of the inner-layer bushing, the rubber spring is arranged in a gap between the inner-layer bushing and the outer-layer bushing, and the fastening bolt is used for fixing the upper base plate and the lower base plate together and exerting pre-tightening force on the bolt bushing to enable the bolt bushing to be pre-deformed.
