UHPC thin overlay construction method applied to old cement concrete pavement
The invention discloses a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) thin overlay construction method applied to an old cement concrete pavement, which comprises the following steps of: pre-paving a crack isolation layer on a crack of the old cement concrete pavement to carry out crack isolation construction, and additionally paving ultra high performance concrete on the old cement concrete pavement to form a thin overlay after the crack isolation construction is completed; uHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete) and crack isolation are adopted as an anti-crack structure of a thin overlay, and the pavement slotting (slotting along the full length or local part of the crack) or/and the crack isolation layer are/is adopted to adapt to the shrinkage and expansion of the concrete, so that the expansion of the reflection crack is prevented, and the anti-crack performance of the thin overlay is improved. And meanwhile, pavement slotting is beneficial to avoiding buckling instability damage of the UHPC thin overlay and bonding failure of an interlayer interface caused by expansion of adjacent plates at the cracking part of the old pavement. By means of the structure, the thin overlay has good stability, crack resistance and durability, and the problems of buckling and disengaging of the thin overlay and early fracture, fatigue failure and the like under the heavy load effect can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种应用于旧水泥混凝土路面的UHPC薄层罩面施工方法,包括以下步骤:在旧水泥混凝土路面裂缝上预先铺设裂缝隔离层进行裂缝隔离施工,裂缝隔离施工完成后在旧水泥混凝土路面上加铺超高性能混凝土形成薄层罩面;采用UHPC(Ultra‑HighPerformance Concrete,超高性能混凝土)与裂缝隔离作为薄层罩面的抗裂结构,通过路面开槽(沿裂缝全长或局部开槽)或/和裂缝隔离层以适应混凝土的收缩和膨胀,阻止反射裂缝的扩展,同时路面开槽有益于避免旧路面开裂处相邻板块膨胀导致的UHPC薄层罩面屈曲失稳破坏及层间界面粘结失效。通过上述结构使薄层罩面具有很好的稳定性、抗裂性和耐久性,可有效解决薄层罩面的屈曲、脱空以及在重载作用下的早期断裂、疲劳破坏等问题。
