The invention relates to the field of bridge devices, and discloses a form-adjustable bridge wind-resistant stabilizing plate which comprises a base, a movable opening is formed in the upper surface of the base, a buffer assembly is slidably connected into the movable opening, the buffer assembly is connected with a position adjusting assembly, and a stabilizing plate is arranged at the top of the position adjusting assembly. By means of the arranged buffering assembly, when the device is extruded, downward force can be buffered, the buffering effect is achieved, and the buffering function of the device is achieved; the stabilizing plate can only rotate in one direction through the position adjusting assembly, the arranged stabilizing plate is clamped, and the position adjusting function of the device is achieved.
