The invention discloses an anti-scouring reinforced soil bridge abutment composite bridge structure and a construction method thereof. The reinforced soil bridge abutment composite bridge structure comprises a bridge span, sheet pile wall structures symmetrically arranged along side slopes on the two sides of a river bank, a reinforced soil structure, a road and bridge transition approach and a concrete pedestal, wherein the road and bridge transition approach and the concrete pedestal are arranged on the reinforced soil structure; the sheet-pile wall structure comprises an energy-absorbing sheet-pile wall and a step sheet-pile wall which are vertically arranged on a river slope and have the same top height, the energy-absorbing sheet-pile wall, the step sheet-pile wall and a river bank slope form a cofferdam, and the reinforced soil structure is arranged in the cofferdam; and the bridge span is supported by the concrete pedestal. The cofferdams are formed on the two banks of the river channel through the steel sheet piles, a waterproof and safe construction environment is provided for construction work, the energy absorption parts are further arranged on the upstream face of the energy absorption sheet pile wall, and the problem that when the reinforced soil structure is applied to the two banks of the torrential river, inner gravel filling soil is scoured is solved.
