The invention discloses an overpass assembly type arch ring protecting and supporting integrated support and a construction method, the integrated support comprises an arch frame piece, a side edge support, a supporting frame and a protecting plate, the arch frame piece is located over a track tunnel, and the two ends of the arch frame piece are bent downwards in the transverse direction of the track tunnel and extend out of a track traffic protecting line; the side edge supports extending in the same direction are arranged at the two ends of each arch frame piece, and the ends of the side edge supports are supported on the ground bearing platform on the same side; the supporting frame is vertically supported at the connecting position of the side edge support and the arch frame piece. The protection plate wraps the arch frame piece above the hole opening of the track tunnel, and then a closed protection system with an upward opening is formed. The construction method is used for construction of the support. By the adoption of the integrated support and the construction method, protection can be formed above a tunnel orifice, meanwhile, large loads can be borne, therefore, the influence on a tunnel structure is reduced, supporting and protection can be conducted together, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种上跨装配式拱圈防护支撑一体支架和施工方法,一体支架包括拱架片、侧边支架、支撑架和防护板,所述拱架片位于轨道隧道正上方,所述拱架片的两端沿着轨道隧道的横向方向向下弯曲,并延伸至轨道交通保护线外;每个所述拱架片的两端均设置有同向延伸的所述侧边支架,且所述侧边支架的端部支撑在同侧的地面承台上;支撑架竖直的支撑在所述侧边支架与所述拱架片连接处;防护板包绕在轨道隧道的孔口上方的所述拱架片外,继而形成开口向上的、封闭的防护系统。施工方法用于此支架的施工。采用此一体支架和施工方法,可对隧道孔口上方形成保护,同时能承受较大的荷载,从而减少对隧道结构的影响,还能支撑和防护一起施工,从而缩短工期。
