The invention discloses a modular offshore breakwater, and relates to the technical field of flood control engineering, and the modular offshore breakwater is characterized by comprising a pressure detector and dikes which are arranged at intervals and have isosceles trapezoid sections, a plurality of conical wave dissipation bodies are arranged on the inclined surface of each dike, and a telescopic wave wall is arranged on the side, close to the inclined surface, of the top of each dike; the pressure detector is electrically connected with the telescopic wave wall; and trees are planted at the top of the dam. The conical wave dissipation body facilitates wave resistance and energy dissipation and can resist wave impact and reduce the risk of overtopping waves by being combined with the telescopic wave wall.
