The prefabricated assembly type inspection well comprises a shell arranged on the outer walls of branch wellbores in a sleeving mode, circular rings arranged between every two adjacent branch wellbores are integrally formed on the inner wall of the shell, limiting rings arranged on the outer walls of the branch wellbores in a sleeving mode are integrally formed on the two faces of each circular ring, and a plurality of mounting blocks are fixedly connected to the inner arc faces of the circular rings. Supports are fixedly connected to the side edges of the upper face and the lower face of the mounting block correspondingly, shells are rotationally connected into the supports through belleville springs, and the shells are inclined to the inner walls of the branch shafts in the normal state of the belleville springs, that is, it is guaranteed that in the hoisting process of the branch shafts, the end faces of the branch shafts make contact with notches of the shells in the inclined state; and in the sliding process, through the weight of the branch wells, the shell is forced to be close to the circular ring along with the branch wells and rotate synchronously, namely, the belleville springs are driven to elastically deform correspondingly till the notches of the shell are attached to the inner walls of the branch wells.
本发明公开了一种预制拼装式检查井,包括套设在分井筒外壁的外壳,所述外壳内壁一体成型有设置在相邻两个分井筒之间的圆环,所述圆环两面一体成型有套设在分井筒外壁的限位环,且圆环内弧面固定连接有若干安装块,所述安装块的上下面侧边分别固定连接有支架,所述支架内通过碟形弹簧转动连接有壳体,本发明的碟形弹簧正常状态为壳体倾斜于分井筒的内壁,即保证分井筒在吊装过程中,分井筒的端面触碰倾斜状态下的壳体的槽口,并且沿着壳体槽口滑动至分井筒的中线与外壳的中线重合,并且滑动过程中,通过分井的重量,迫使壳体随着分井筒向圆环靠拢而同步旋转,即带动碟形弹簧相应的弹性变形,直至壳体的槽口贴合分井筒的内壁。
