The basement bottom plate post-cast strip sealing structure comprises a water collecting well foundation pit. A water-collecting well cushion layer is laid at the upper end of the water-collecting well foundation pit; water-collecting well concrete is laid at the upper end of the water-collecting well cushion layer. A water-collecting well inner wall is arranged on the inner side of the water-collecting well concrete; a bottom plate post-cast strip is arranged on one side of the water collecting well foundation pit. According to the method, the galvanized steel pipe is pre-buried before the post-cast strip is closed for drainage, rainwater drainage during construction and accumulated water drainage during maintenance are facilitated, meanwhile, water drained into the water collecting well can be pumped out through an automatic pump for concrete maintenance, organized drainage is achieved in the drainage process in the post-cast strip, and manpower and material resources do not need to be input for drainage.
