Comprising a water storage tank, a partition plate is fixedly installed in an inner cavity of the water storage tank, a top plate is fixedly installed in the inner cavity of the water storage tank and located on one side of the partition plate, a water inlet groove is formed in the top of the top plate, and a plugging assembly is arranged below the top plate; the moving assembly is used for taking down the plugging assembly from the water inlet groove so that rainwater can conveniently enter the water storage tank through the water inlet groove, and a sealing plate is fixedly installed in the inner cavity of the water storage tank and located between the two grillages. An irrigation assembly used for pumping out rainwater in the water storage tank and irrigating vegetation in the garden is arranged below the sealing plate; therefore, the problems that in the prior art, the greening space of a garden is occupied, and the overall attractiveness of the garden is affected due to the fact that the device is abrupt when being arranged on the ground are solved.
