The invention discloses a large-span steel truss space vertical rotation construction method which comprises the following steps: acquiring a stress data set of each connection point at different heights in the lifting process of a steel truss; a plurality of stress sensors are arranged in the circumferential direction of each connecting point around the connecting point of the chord member where the connecting point is located, each stress point corresponds to a plurality of stress data, and the stress data corresponding to each stress point are gathered to form a stress data set corresponding to each stress point; removing abnormal stress data in each stress data set based on a distance class clustering algorithm, and calculating a mean value after removing to obtain average stress data corresponding to each stress point; and collecting the average stress data corresponding to the same stress point at different heights, predicting a stress prediction value of the stress point at the next height after collection, performing early warning according to the stress prediction value, and notifying a worker to perform further detection or reinforcement operation if a risk exists.
本发明公开了一种大跨度钢桁架空间竖转施工方法,获取钢桁架在提升过程中,不同高度下各个连接点的应力数据集合;每个连接点围绕所在的弦杆的连接点进行周向设置多个应力传感器,每个应力点对应多个应力数据,将每个应力点对应多个应力数据进行集合,形成每个应力点对应的应力数据合集;基于距离类的聚类算法分别对每个应力数据集合中的异常应力数据进行剔除,剔除后求取均值得到每个应力点对应的平均应力数据;将在不同高度下同一个应力点对应的平均应力数据进行集合,集合后预测此应力点在下一高度的应力预测值,根据所述应力预测值进行预警,若存在风险时通知工作人员进行进一步的检测或加固操作。
