Pump concrete intelligent distribution system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an intelligent pumping concrete distribution system and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building construction equipment. The problems that existing concrete pouring construction depends on manual movement of a concrete steel pump pipe, construction efficiency is low, and construction safety is poor are solved. The material distribution system comprises a crawler chassis, a lifting frame, a material box, a remote controller and a receiver which are sequentially connected from bottom to top, a hydraulic adjusting rod of the lifting frame is in signal connection with the control system, the side face of the material box is communicated with the concrete conveying hose, the top of the material box is communicated with the material distribution lever, and the receiver is arranged at the top of the crawler chassis; and the remote controller, the receiver and a driver of the crawler chassis are all in signal connection with the control system. The method comprises the steps that the intelligent pumping concrete distribution system is controlled to advance to a corresponding to-be-poured point, the lifting frame is driven to adjust the distribution lever to the proper distribution pouring height so as to cover the concrete pouring range, concrete is pumped to the material box through the concrete conveying hose, and then concrete distribution pouring is conducted through the distribution lever.
本发明的一种泵送混凝土智能布料系统及其施工方法,涉及建筑施工设备技术领域。针对现有混凝土浇筑施工依赖人工移动混凝土钢泵管,施工效率低,施工安全性差的问题。布料系统包括由下至上依次连接的履带底盘、升降架和料箱,以及摇控器和接收器,升降架的液压调节杆与控制系统信号连接,料箱的侧面与混凝土输送软管连通,料箱的顶部与布料杠连通,接收器设置于履带底盘顶部,摇控器、接收器和履带底盘的驱动器均与控制系统信号连接。方法步骤:控制泵送混凝土智能布料系统行进至相应待浇筑点,驱动升降架将布料杠调整至合适的布料浇筑高度以覆盖混凝土浇筑范围,通过混凝土输送软管泵送混凝土至料箱,再经布料杠进行混凝土布料浇筑。
