The hydraulic synchronous pushing and sliding equipment comprises a slide way mechanism, a sliding main body and a thrust stopper, the sliding main body is connected into an inner cavity of the slide way mechanism in a sliding mode, and the thrust stopper is arranged on one side of the sliding main body; the sliding main body comprises a support plate, the top of the support plate is fixedly connected with a limiting seat, an inner cavity of the limiting seat is provided with a limiting groove, a working ball is arranged in an inner cavity of the limiting groove, one side of the working ball is fixedly connected with a pushing lug plate, and one side of the pushing lug plate is rotationally connected with a main hydraulic cylinder; and the main hydraulic cylinder is rotationally connected with one side of the thrust device through a pin shaft. According to the stepping hydraulic pushing device, the stepping hydraulic pushing device is special equipment which is used for achieving forward translation of a pushed structure connected with the stepping hydraulic pushing device through rear jacking and pushing counter force generated by the main hydraulic cylinder. A counter-force structure of the equipment is arranged by utilizing a slide way, so that the reinforcement problem of a counter-force point is solved.
