The invention discloses a folding type automatic tent frame which comprises a main arch frame, a plurality of auxiliary frameworks, a hinge assembly and a plurality of driving air columns, each auxiliary framework comprises a vault rod and vertical rods rotationally installed at the two ends of the vault rod, and the bottom ends of the vertical rods are fixedly connected to the surface of the hinge assembly and are adjacently arranged; the driving air columns are fixed between the adjacent auxiliary frameworks and between the main arch frame and the auxiliary frameworks, the main arch frame comprises a ground rod and a vertical arch frame, and the vertical arch frame and the auxiliary frameworks are the same in structure and size. According to the folding tent, the novel folding structure is arranged, the multiple auxiliary frameworks are hinged and combined to form the multi-framework structure, the main arch frame is matched for arch supporting of the tent face, a large space is provided for the interior, transition of the top space is smooth, a larger and wider activity space is provided under the unit area, and the use experience is improved.
