An intelligent feedback control system for civil construction regionalization dust fall solves the problem that in an existing dust fall system, due to the wind direction problem, water mist is prone to being sprayed towards places outside a construction area. The dust falling device comprises a dust falling seat with the adjustable vertical height, a rotatable movable pipe is arranged on the right side of the dust falling seat, and a spraying device is installed above the movable pipe; a processor is installed on the lifting base and controls the rotating position of the movable pipe. The device further comprises an anemoscope which is connected with the processor.
