The grouting material disclosed by the invention is a cementing material composed of all solid wastes, and the solid-waste-based cementing material formed by synergistic excitation on the basis of utilizing the physical and chemical properties of the solid wastes to the maximum extent has the advantages of low carbon, environmental protection and remarkable environmental benefits; in addition, the all-solid waste cementing material is wide in source, the material cost is far lower than that of a Portland cement-based grouting material, and the advantage of low cost is achieved; meanwhile, the toughening effect of the flexible material acrylamide is combined, and the prepared grouting material is a flexible material, so that the grouting material is applicable to roof reinforcement, stratum reinforcement and the like.
