Acid-resistant concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses acid-resistant concrete and a preparation method thereof. The acid-resistant concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 8 parts of water glass, 2 to 4 parts of modified liquid polysulfide rubber, 1 to 3 parts of epoxy resin, 5 to 8 parts of filler, 10 to 15 parts of cement, 10 to 15 parts of water, 2.5 to 3.5 parts of water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.08 part of ethylenediamine and 0.15 to 0.3 part of isobutanol, wherein the modified liquid polysulfide rubber is polysulfide rubber subjected to hydrophobic modification by silicon dioxide aerogel; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the filler, the cement, the water glass, the water reducing agent and the water, preheating to 50-60 DEG C, adding the modified polysulfide rubber, the epoxy resin, the ethylenediamine and the isobutanol, continuously heating to 140-150 DEG C, uniformly mixing, pouring into a mold, and curing to obtain the acid-resistant concrete. The composition disclosed by the invention can be used for various places needing to be in contact with acidic substances, and has the advantages of good impermeability and good acid resistance.
