Carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite carbon interface layer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a carbon fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite material carbon interface layer and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving dopamine hydrochloride in a Tris-HCl buffer solution, putting a carbon fiber preform, and dipping to obtain a modified carbon fiber preform; (2) dissolving the resin powder in a solvent, adding a curing agent, stirring and dissolving to obtain a resin solution; and dipping the modified carbon fiber preform obtained in the step (1) in a resin solution, taking out, curing, and finally carrying out high-temperature cracking, thereby obtaining the carbon fiber composite material. The preparation method is simple, raw materials are easy to obtain, cost is low, environment friendliness is achieved, carbon fibers are not damaged, the phenomenon of fiber surface corrosion is avoided, and the film-forming property and thickness of a carbon interface layer can be adjusted; and the prepared carbon interface layer can effectively protect internal fibers, weaken the interface bonding force between the carbon fibers and a matrix, and facilitate the improvement of the mechanical properties of the composite material.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料碳界面层及其制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将盐酸多巴胺溶于Tris‑HCl缓冲液,放入碳纤维预制体,浸渍,得到改性碳纤维预制体;(2)将树脂粉末溶于溶剂,加入固化剂,搅拌溶解,得到树脂溶液;再将步骤(1)得到的改性碳纤维预制体浸渍于树脂溶液中,然后取出固化,最后高温裂解,制得。本发明制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,环境友好,对碳纤维无损伤,不会发生纤维表面腐蚀的现象,可调节碳界面层的成膜性和厚度;制得的碳界面层能够有效的保护内部纤维,削弱碳纤维和基体之间的界面结合力,有助于复合材料力学性能的提高。
