By changing raw materials into carbon fibers, compared with a long carbon fiber preform, the preparation process is reduced, the cost advantage is obvious, isostatic pressing is carried out on a preformed semi-finished product, the density of the sagger is increased, the internal mechanical isotropy is improved, the strength performance of the sagger is improved, and through two-stage vapor deposition, the surface density is greatly improved, and the strength performance of the sagger is improved. The anti-oxidation performance of the sagger is enhanced, the whole process is simple, and batch production is easy.
本发明公开一种石墨负极用高强度碳碳匣钵的制备方法,将碳纤维通过裁剪,再粉碎成纤维粉,纤维粉与树脂浸剂混合后,依次经模压预成型、等静压、一次碳化、浸渍、二次碳化、精加工以及两次气相沉积后,制得高强度碳碳匣钵。通过将原料改为碳纤维,相比长碳纤维预制体,减少了制备工序,有明显的成本优势,再配合对预成型半成品进行等静压,增加了匣钵的密度且内部力学各向同性提高,提高了匣钵的强度性能,以及,通过两次阶段气相沉积,面密度大大提高,增强了匣钵的防氧化性能,整体工艺简单,易于批量化生产。
