Fractured rock reinforcement filling medium and method based on EICP
The invention discloses a fractured rock reinforcing filling medium and method based on EICP. The filling medium comprises a reinforcing solution and filler mixed with the reinforcing solution. The reinforcement solution contains urease, carbonate ions and calcium ions; the filler is sandstone particles or polyvinyl alcohol fiber segments or a mixture of the sandstone particles and the polyvinyl alcohol fiber segments. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a reinforcing solution containing urease, carbonate ions and calcium ions, and S2, mixing the reinforcing solution prepared in the step S1 with a filler to obtain a filling medium; s3, filling rock fractures with a filling medium; and S4, the filled rock fractures are infiltrated with a reinforcing solution, and reinforcing is conducted. According to the method, on the basis of the EICP technology, the filling medium is combined to serve as a target object to promote calcium carbonate crystallization generation, the efficiency of reinforcing rock body cracks through the EICP technology is improved, and the application prospect and range of the EICP technology in the aspect of rock body reinforcement are widened.
本发明公开了一种基于EICP的裂隙岩石加固填充介质及方法,该填充介质包括加固溶液,以及与加固溶液混合的填充物;所述加固溶液含有脲酶、碳酸根离子和钙离子;所述填充物为砂岩颗粒或聚乙烯醇纤维段,或二者的混合物。所述方法包括步骤S1:配置含有脲酶、碳酸根离子和钙离子的加固溶液,步骤S2:将步骤S1配置的加固溶液与填充物混合,得到填充介质;步骤S3:采用填充介质填充岩石裂隙;步骤S4:采用加固溶液浸润填充后的岩石裂隙处,进行加固。本发明通过在EICP技术基础上联合填充介质作为靶向物促进碳酸钙结晶生成,提高EICP技术加固岩石体裂隙的效率,扩大了EICP技术在岩石体加固方面的使用前景和范围。
