The invention belongs to the technical field of construction hanging baskets, and particularly relates to a bridge moving hanging basket device which comprises a base plate, a frame installed on the surface of the base plate, two sets of transverse plates welded to the front side and the rear side of the frame and a stabilizing assembly installed between the two sets of transverse plates. The stabilizing assembly comprises two oppositely-distributed fixing plates A arranged between the transverse plates and sliding blocks welded to the two sides of the fixing plates A. By arranging the stabilizing assembly, a rotary knob is pushed to drive a screw rod to rotate, meanwhile, a threaded sleeve drives a hinge rod to move along the screw rod, a fixing plate B is stressed to generate displacement to a proper position, a fixing plate A is pushed to move along a transverse plate till the fixing plate B makes contact with a pier, and then the fixing plate A and the transverse plate are connected through an external bolt piece; and therefore, people are assisted in fixing the hanging basket, shaking is reduced, and safe operation is guaranteed.
