The invention discloses a mechanical locking mechanism for an access door. The mechanical locking mechanism comprises a locking beam, an elastic jacking device and a sliding base. The elastic jacking device comprises a supporting assembly and a spring, the supporting assembly is vertically sleeved with the spring, and the bottom end of the spring abuts against a supporting check block located on the supporting piece. The locking beams are arranged on the supporting assemblies in an up-down sliding mode, and the ends of the locking beams abut against the springs of the corresponding supporting assemblies. The supporting assembly is arranged on the sliding base in a sliding mode, and the distance between the bottom of the locking beam and the sliding base in the vertical direction is smaller than the maximum deformation length of the spring.
