The equipment control room is provided with a plurality of storage battery packs; a building energy management system is arranged beside the storage battery pack; a dynamic monitoring display is arranged on the inner wall of the first floor of the light steel structure building; stairs are arranged on one indoor side of the light steel structure building; and a fresh air system room is arranged beside the stairs, so that the problems of high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection of the novel photovoltaic building are solved.
