A bearing groove and a grouting groove are formed in the top of an enclosing wall foundation, grouting sleeves are embedded in the bottoms of stand columns, the tops of the grouting sleeves are in mechanical threaded connection with longitudinal stress steel bars in the stand columns, the bottoms of the grouting sleeves are flush with the bottom faces of the stand columns, and the grouting sleeves are used for being connected with reserved connecting steel bars at the top of the foundation. During installation, the stand columns are inserted into the bottoms of the bearing grooves, and the connecting steel bars are inserted into the grouting sleeves; after the bin sealing groove is filled with cement mortar for sealing, the grouting groove and the grouting sleeve are communicated through the stand column, and a sealed grouting space is formed. Grouting materials are injected into the grouting holes of the stand columns, the grouting grooves and the cavities of the grouting sleeves in the stand columns are filled with the grouting materials in sequence, and finally the grouting materials flow out along the grouting holes to connect the foundation and the stand columns into a whole. The enclosing wall stand columns, the ground beams, the wallboards, the top beams and the coping are connected in a prefabricated insertion mode. Construction is convenient and efficient, wet operation is avoided, scaffolds do not need to be erected, the mechanical construction degree is high, and installation precision is high.
本发明提供一种装配式厂区围墙,围墙基础顶部分别开设承载槽和灌浆槽,立柱底部预埋灌浆套筒,灌浆套筒顶部与立柱内纵向受力钢筋机械螺纹连接,底部与立柱底面齐平,用于与基础顶部预留连接钢筋采用灌浆套筒连接。安装时,立柱插入承载槽底部,使得连接钢筋插入灌浆套筒中;在封仓槽内填充水泥砂浆封闭后,立柱将灌浆槽与灌浆套筒联通,形成封闭灌浆空间。在立柱灌浆孔中注入灌浆料,灌浆料依次注满灌浆槽、立柱内灌浆套筒腔体,最后沿出浆孔流出,将基础和立柱连为一体。围墙立柱、地梁、墙板、顶梁、压顶均采用预制插入式连接。本发明施工便捷高效、无湿作业、不需搭设脚手架、机械化施工程度高、安装精度高。
