The control information of the vehicle door comprises the step of controlling the opening angle or/and speed of the vehicle door by controlling the torque of a vehicle door damping motor; acquiring vehicle door sensor information; according to the vehicle door sensor information, whether an obstacle exists on a vehicle door opening path or not is detected; and if it is detected that the obstacle exists on the opening path of the vehicle door, the opening angle or/and speed of the vehicle door are/is controlled by controlling the torque of a vehicle door damping motor, and the distance between the vehicle door and the obstacle is kept or/and the contact speed of the vehicle door and the obstacle is reduced. According to the scheme, the distance sensor is arranged on the vehicle door to detect the collision risk when the vehicle door is opened, so that the vehicle door opening process does not completely depend on observation and attention of personnel, and the capability of finding the collision risk when the vehicle door is opened is improved.
