The invention provides a multifunctional window. The multifunctional window comprises a first window frame; the second window frame is located in the first window frame, and the two adjacent edges of the second window frame are hinged to the first window frame through separable hinge units; the driving unit is used for driving the hinging unit to be hinged or separated; and the locking unit limits the action of the hinging unit when the second window frame is opened. The two edges of the second window frame are detachably hinged to the first window frame, the driving unit controls the hinge unit to be hinged or separated, only one edge of the second window frame can be hinged to the first window frame, and therefore normal opening of the window is achieved. The window opening effect of a casement window and a top (bottom) hanging window can be achieved, different window opening modes can be selected according to needs in different scenes, the window opening safety is improved through the arrangement of the locking unit, and the driving unit is prevented from acting during window opening.
