The invention provides a functional window body utilizing solar photoelectricity and photothermal, which comprises outer light-transmitting glass and inner light-transmitting glass, the outer light-transmitting glass and the inner light-transmitting glass are respectively embedded outside a window, an air circulation flow channel is formed between the outer light-transmitting glass and the inner light-transmitting glass, and a plurality of multifunctional shutters are arranged in the air circulation flow channel at intervals; the plane where the outer light-transmitting glass is located is parallel to the plane where the inner light-transmitting glass is located, and ventilation openings are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the outer light-transmitting glass and the upper end and the lower end of the inner light-transmitting glass respectively. The upper end and the lower end of the multifunctional shutter are rotationally connected to the window and electrically connected to the control end. The control end is arranged indoors; the multifunctional shutter comprises an anti-pollution purification coating, a photoelectric conversion film, an aluminum substrate and a radiation refrigeration coating. The photoelectric conversion film is electrically connected with the power storage assembly, and generated electric energy is stored in the power storage assembly.
