The invention provides a parking assistance device, a parking assistance method and a vehicle. The parking assist device is mounted on a vehicle equipped with a storable door handle device, the storable door handle device comprising: a door handle having a built-in antenna for communicating with a terminal carried by a user located on the outside of the vehicle; and an actuator that transitions from a first state in which the door handle is accommodated in the door panel to a second state in which a portion of the door handle in which the antenna is embedded protrudes to the outside of the door panel. The parking assist device is provided with a processor that communicates with the terminal using the antenna, and performs garage entry control for causing the own vehicle to enter a parking spot or garage exit control for causing the own vehicle to exit from the parking spot when a predetermined condition related to the communication result is satisfied. The processor transitions the door handle to the second state when executing the garage entry control and/or the garage exit control.
