Novel method for hoisting large pipeline
The invention discloses a novel large pipeline hoisting method, and belongs to the technical field of pipeline installation. The method is realized through six steps of base treatment, track laying, walking track laying, device assembly, walking test and track installation. The pipeline is supported to a preset position by tightening the chain block, and the hook falls slowly according to the condition that the pipeline is supported by the chain block. When the lifting hook slowly descends, one end of the lifted steel pipe is placed on the hydraulic vehicle, and the other end of the lifting machine is kept in a lifting state. The method is economical, efficient and safe, no transverse or vertical acting force is generated on the support in the hauling process, deformation of the support is avoided, and the method is high in safety and installation efficiency and remarkable in economic and social benefits.
