The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to an environment-friendly light fireproof material and a preparation method and application thereof. The environment-friendly light fireproof material is prepared from phosphate tailing powder, a dispersing agent, water, a gel material, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer as raw materials, foaming slurry is obtained after the raw materials are evenly mixed, then the foaming slurry is sequentially dried and sintered, and the environment-friendly light fireproof material is obtained. Phosphorus tailings are used as a main material, high-added-value resource utilization of the phosphate tailing powder is achieved, and the production cost is reduced; the obtained environment-friendly light fireproof material meets the requirements of no combustion and no open fire in A1 level in Classification for Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products GB 8624-2012. The preparation method is simple in process, low in preparation cost, low in production energy consumption and suitable for batch production, and no waste gas, waste residues or waste water is generated in the preparation process.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型轻质防火材料及其制备方法和应用。该环保型轻质防火材料以磷尾矿粉末、分散剂、水、凝胶材料、发泡剂和稳泡剂为原料制得,原料混合均匀后得到发泡料浆,随后对发泡料浆顺次进行干燥、烧结制得环保型轻质防火材料。本发明以磷尾矿为主要材料,实现了磷尾矿粉末的高附加值资源化利用,降低生产成本;所得到的环保型轻质防火材料符合《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》GB 8624―2012中A1级不燃烧与不起明火的要求。制备方法工艺简单,制备成本低,生产能耗低,适用于批量生产且制备过程没有废气、废渣和废水的产生。
