The invention discloses a preparation method of modified copolymerized thermosetting phenolic resin, the modified copolymerized thermosetting phenolic resin obtained by the preparation method and a carbon film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a phenolic compound with a solvent, adding 1/2-2/3 of an aldehyde compound, then adding an amine compound, optionally adding a structure-directing agent in each step, and finally adding the residual aldehyde compound to obtain a mixed precursor containing benzoxazine and low-molecular-weight phenolic resin; and carrying out polymerization reaction on the mixed precursor to obtain the modified copolymerized thermosetting phenolic resin. The invention provides a brand-new rapid, simple and high-efficiency carbon membrane preparation method, and the prepared carbon membrane is uniform and adjustable in pore structure.
本发明公开了一种改性的共聚型热固性酚醛树脂的制备方法、及其所得改性的共聚型热固性酚醛树脂和炭膜。所述制备方法包括将酚类化合物与溶剂混合,加入1/2~2/3醛类化合物,然后加入胺类化合物,其中以上各步中任选地加入结构导向剂,最后加入剩余醛类化合物,得到含苯并噁嗪和低分子量酚醛树脂的混合前驱体;将所述混合前驱体进行聚合反应,得到改性的共聚型热固性酚醛树脂。本发明提供了一种全新的快速、简便、高效率的炭膜制备方法,而且所制备的炭膜孔结构均一、可调。
