The invention provides a prestressed laminated wood T-beam bridge and a construction method thereof.The prestressed laminated wood T-beam bridge comprises two or more laminated wood T-beams which are assembled and connected, each laminated wood T-beam comprises a web, a flange plate and a horseshoe part, the top of each web is fixedly connected with the corresponding flange plate, and the bottom end of each web is fixedly connected with the corresponding horseshoe part; a plurality of transverse prestress holes are formed in the top of the laminated wood T-shaped beam in a penetrating mode, a plurality of longitudinal prestress holes are formed in the middle of the horseshoe part in a penetrating mode, and flange plate connecting holes are formed in the connecting parts of the flange plates. The two flange plates of every two adjacent laminated wood T beams are connected through I-shaped steel and first bolts. A transverse partition plate is assembled between two web plates of every two adjacent laminated wood T beams; a transverse prestress anchoring system is arranged between the two or more laminated wood T beams; the horseshoe part is provided with a longitudinal prestress anchoring system in the length direction. The strength, rigidity and toughness of a modern wood structure bridge are improved, and therefore the use safety and durability of the bridge are improved.
