The system comprises a flow guide seat and a drainage channel which are arranged at a slope toe, and a frame, a foundation pillar, a drainage channel, a pointed skeleton and a straight skeleton which are arranged on a slope, the diversion seat is positioned between the bottom edge of the slope and the drainage channel; a cushion layer and a waterproof layer are sequentially arranged on the drainage channel; the frame is laid on a slope and longitudinally divides the slope into a plurality of cells, the foundation columns are distributed in the cells in a rectangular array mode, the lower portions of the foundation columns extend into a soil body, the upper ends of the foundation columns are exposed, the drainage ditches are distributed in the cells, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the drainage ditches extend to the slope top and the flow guide base respectively. The pointed-end frameworks and the straight frameworks are prefabricated parts and are distributed in the cells, the pointed-end frameworks are in an inverted-V shape, the inner sides of the lower portions of the two sides of each pointed-end framework are clamped on the corresponding foundation pillar through arc-shaped grooves, the outer sides of the two sides extend to a nearby frame or drainage ditch, and the straight frameworks are installed at the lower ends of the two sides of each pointed-end framework in an inserted mode and fixed through post-pouring at the inserted positions.
