The lower structure comprises two lower chord inhaul cables, one lower chord inhaul cable is an inner ring, the lower chord inhaul cable of the inner ring is heptagonal, and at least five supporting rods and at least two oblique cables are arranged at the included angles of the seven sides of the lower chord inhaul cable of the inner ring. And the other lower chord inhaul cable is an outer ring.
