The invention discloses a form-removal-free fine stone concrete heat preservation and sound insulation steel bar truss floor support plate and a production method thereof.The floor support plate comprises a steel bar truss beam, a concrete layer, a heat preservation and sound insulation layer and a bottom layer lining plate, the steel bar truss beam comprises upper chord steel bars, lower chord steel bars and web member steel bars, and the steel bar truss beam is arranged in the concrete layer and higher than the concrete layer; the concrete layer is poured on the heat preservation and sound insulation layer, and the heat preservation and sound insulation layer is arranged on the bottom layer lining plate in a pouring forming mode. The method comprises the steps that S1, polyurethane rigid foam is poured on the bottom layer lining plate; s2, manufacturing a steel bar truss girder; s3, a steel bar truss girder is placed in the poured concrete layer; and S4, the overall structure is maintained, and then the floor support plate is demolded. On the basis of achieving formwork-removal-free, the purpose of supporting-free is achieved, meanwhile, ribs are not exposed out of the plate side of the floor support plate, seamless splicing is adopted, the later reinforcement construction difficulty is lowered, the post-cast strip construction trouble is avoided, the construction workload is reduced, and supplementation of a heat preservation and sound insulation system can be avoided.
本发明公开了免拆模细石砼保温隔声钢筋桁架楼承板及生产方法，楼承板包括钢筋桁架梁、混凝土层、保温隔声层和底层衬板，钢筋桁架梁包括上弦钢筋、下弦钢筋和腹杆钢筋，钢筋桁架梁设于混凝土层中，并高出于混凝土层，混凝土层浇筑于保温隔声层上，保温隔声层通过浇注成型方式设于底层衬板上。方法包括：S1、将聚氨酯硬质泡沫浇注于底层衬板上；S2、制作钢筋桁架梁；S3、在浇筑的混凝土层中安放钢筋桁架梁；S4、对整体构造进行保养，再将楼承板脱模。本发明在实现免拆模基础上，又实现免支撑的目标，同时楼承板的板侧不出筋且采用无缝拼装，降低后期配筋施工难度，且避免后浇带施工麻烦，减少施工工作量，而且能免保温隔声系统补充。
