The invention relates to a dense splicing seam concrete laminated slab and steel beam composite floor system. The system comprises a prefabricated concrete bottom plate, an embedded steel plate, an H-shaped steel beam, a high-strength shearing force connecting piece, a triangular steel plate, a concrete layer and additional steel bars. The prefabricated concrete bottom plate is a non-rib concrete bottom plate and is positioned on the lower surface of the upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam; the pre-embedded steel plate is embedded in the bottom of the precast concrete bottom plate; the lower surface of the pre-embedded steel plate is connected with the triangular steel plate; the high-strength shearing force connecting piece sequentially penetrates through the embedded steel plate, the prefabricated concrete bottom plate and the upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam. The upper portions of abutted seams between the prefabricated concrete bottom plates are connected through additional steel bars; the concrete layer is located on the upper surfaces of the prefabricated concrete bottom plate and the H-shaped steel beam. Outward-extending steel bars on the plate side of a traditional prefabricated concrete bottom plate are omitted, transportation of the prefabricated concrete bottom plate is facilitated, formwork erecting is reduced in the construction process, the clear height of a house can be effectively increased, and the building quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种密拼接缝混凝土叠合板与钢梁组合楼盖体系,包括:预制混凝土底板、预埋钢板、H形钢梁、高强剪力连接件、三角钢板、混凝土层和附加钢筋;预制混凝土底板为不出筋混凝土底板,预制混凝土底板位于H形钢梁上翼缘的下表面;预埋钢板埋入预制混凝土底板底部,预埋钢板下表面与三角钢板连接;高强剪力连接件依次穿过预埋钢板、预制混凝土底板、H形钢梁上翼缘;多个预制混凝土底板之间拼缝上方采用附加钢筋连接;混凝土层位于预制混凝土底板和H形钢梁的上表面。本发明取消了传统预制混凝土底板板侧的外伸钢筋,方便预制混凝土底板的运输,并且在施工过程中减少支模,还可以有效提高房屋净高,提升建筑品质。
