The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a formwork-free partially-coated steel-concrete combined inverted-T-shaped beam. The manufacturing method comprises the following process steps that (1) a steel member of the partially-coated steel-concrete combined beam is prefabricated in a factory, wherein a web plate is vertically welded to the center of a lower flange; the bottoms of the stirrups are welded to the lower flange; the longitudinal bars are bound or welded to the stirrups; the connecting pieces are welded to the web plates and the stirrups; and finally, the steel plate net is hung on the connecting pieces to form the steel member. (2) the steel members are hoisted and transported to a construction site, and floor formworks are supported; (3) cast-in-place concrete is poured, specifically, the concrete is poured on the inner side of the steel plate net, and the steel plate net serves as a formwork; and meanwhile, floor slab concrete is poured. The manufacturing method of the formwork-free partially-coated steel-concrete combined inverted-T-shaped beam has the advantages that the process is simple, cost is saved, transportation is convenient, and the combined beam and a floor slab are poured together.
