The invention relates to a cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas tent which comprises an air bag, a plurality of pieces of cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas laid on the outer surface of the air bag, U-shaped nails used for connecting different pieces of cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas, an electromagnetic shielding door used for entering and exiting and an electromagnetic impermeable layer arranged on the outer surface of the cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas. The cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas is of a three-dimensional skeleton structure composed of a steel fiber spiral coil with a wave-absorbing function, a carbon fiber spiral coil with a wave-absorbing function, a top layer and a closely-woven bottom layer. The three-dimensional skeleton is filled with a cement-based material containing an electromagnetic wave-absorbing component, and a densely-woven surface layer is laid outside the top layer to obtain the cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas. A plurality of pieces of cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas are connected together through U-shaped nails to form a closed cloth bag, and an air bag serving as an inner container of the cloth bag does not need to be connected with the canvas. The tent can rapidly construct an electromagnetic wave absorbing structure, and the rapid electromagnetic stealth requirements of targets such as personnel, equipment and structures are met.
