本发明提供一种建筑管理施工用质量检测装置，其结构包括：支架、检测主机、控制面板、混凝土检测槽、高度测量器、土地质量检测仪，支架上端与检测主机下端边缘进行固定连接；本发明由高度测量器进一步改进后，通过平行板下端的电连接板可让检测主机上的控制面板对顶部的控制器进行电控，从而控制器内部的正、反转体可根据指令带动集卷活动器两侧的旋转体，使得集卷活动器将通过正、反转将柔性尺释放或收缩复位的效果，为此柔性尺在释放出去后可与建筑物墙壁相互平行，从而达成机械性对建筑物高度进行精准测量，同时能够进一步的提高质量检测装置的检测功能效果，避免对建筑物高度测量时还需使用其它装置而产生的不便性。
