The system comprises an energy storage array composed of a plurality of energy storage units, each energy storage unit comprises a basic frame, a gravity energy storage module and a flywheel energy storage module, and the gravity energy storage module comprises a first power generation electric all-in-one machine and a winch; the first power generation and electric all-in-one machine and the winch are connected with the traction rope together; the traction rope is connected with a gravity block; when the gravity block descends, the first power generation electric all-in-one machine is a generator, and gravitational potential energy of the gravity block is converted into electric energy; when the gravity block ascends, the first power generation electric all-in-one machine is a motor, and electric energy is converted into gravitational potential energy of the gravity block; when the gravity block ascends and descends, the ascending and descending speeds of the gravity block are adjusted through the flywheel energy storage module. When the gravity block decelerates, braking energy of the system is absorbed by the flywheel, and direct-current voltage is stabilized; when the gravity block accelerates, the flywheel is used for releasing energy, and the dynamic characteristic of the traction system is improved.
