Method for eliminating gaseous cavitation and application
The invention provides a method for eliminating gas cavitation and application. The method can determine the types of problems that cause cavitation, such as angular velocity (RPM), temperature, differential pressure, and flow rate, and use possible techniques to permanently resolve where cavitation occurs. Noise, vibration and degradation of gas and liquid exist in a hydraulic steering system of a heavy vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: measuring and establishing the current operation condition of the hydraulic system; the invention relates to a method for operating a hydraulic system, in which the functions required for the hydraulic system are established, the time period during which the system remains operating during each test is predetermined, and means for detecting gas cavitation during the test are established.

The invention provides a method for eliminating gas cavitation and application.
