High-precision aluminum oxide ceramic injection molding process
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic materials, in particular to a high-precision aluminum oxide ceramic injection molding process which comprises the following steps: (1) powder preparation: putting aluminum oxide raw powder into a ball milling tank, then adding aluminum oxide grinding balls, carrying out ball milling, carrying out spray granulation on the ball-milled powder, and then sieving the powder obtained by spray granulation to obtain powder; standby powder is obtained; (2) internal mixing and feeding: adding the standby powder into an internal mixer, then adding an organic binder, performing internal mixing, cooling and crushing the material obtained after internal mixing, and performing high-pressure injection and cooling through an injection molding machine to obtain a feed; (3) injection molding: injecting the feed into a mold through an injection molding machine to obtain a ceramic green body; (4) thermal degreasing: putting the ceramic green body into a closed sagger with a hole in the top, putting the closed sagger into a rubber discharging furnace, and discharging rubber to obtain a green body; and (5) sintering. Compared with the prior art, the diameter deformation of the aluminum oxide ceramic product is as low as 0.02 mm.
