The invention discloses a method for preparing zirconia ceramic by isobam green gel injection molding, which comprises the following steps: mixing isobam powder, a cross-linking agent, a dispersing agent and ultrapure water, adjusting the pH value to obtain a premixed solution, adding yttria-stabilized zirconia, and carrying out ball milling and mixing to obtain slurry; the viscosity of the slurry is further reduced after the slurry is homogenized, then the homogenized slurry is subjected to injection molding, curing molding is carried out under the water bath heating condition, drying is carried out after demolding, and the zirconia ceramic material is obtained after glue discharging and sintering. The isobam gel system is nontoxic, harmless and environment-friendly, the process is simple, the slurry with high solid content, low viscosity and good dispersity can be obtained, and the prepared zirconia ceramic has the advantages of high strength, good wear resistance and the like.
本发明公开了一种采用Isobam绿色凝胶注模成型制备氧化锆陶瓷的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将Isobam粉体、交联剂、分散剂与超纯水混合,调节pH得到预混溶液,加入氧化钇稳定氧化锆,经球磨混合获得浆料;浆料经过均化后粘度进一步缩小,再将均化浆料注模,在水浴加热条件下固化成型,脱模后干燥,排胶烧结后得到氧化锆陶瓷材料。本发明采用Isobam凝胶体系无毒无害,环境友好,而且工艺简单,能够获得高固含量、低粘度、分散性好的浆料,所制备氧化锆陶瓷具有强度高,耐磨性好等优点。
