The invention discloses a method for preparing MXene-aluminum oxide nano composite powder by solution nanoscale mixing, which comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing aluminum oxide sol and an MXene aqueous solution, and then carrying out solution nanoscale mixing on the aluminum oxide sol and the MXene aqueous solution to obtain an MXene-aluminum oxide mixed solution; and quickly and completely freezing the mixed solution, and carrying out vacuum freeze drying to sublimate the solvent in the mixed solution, thereby obtaining the MXene-aluminum oxide nano composite powder. According to the preparation method, the MXene and the aluminum oxide can be mixed at a solution molecular level, the problem of a ball milling process is avoided, the utilization efficiency of a nano reinforcement is improved, and the mechanical property of the material is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种溶液纳米级混合制备MXene‑氧化铝纳米复合粉末的方法,首先制备氧化铝溶胶和MXene水溶液,再将两者进行溶液纳米级混合得到MXene‑氧化铝混合液;再混合液快速完全冻结,再真空冷冻干燥使混合液中的溶剂升华,获得MXene‑氧化铝纳米复合粉末。本发明能实现溶液分子级混合MXene和氧化铝,避免了球磨工艺的问题,提高了纳米增强体的利用效率,大幅提升材料的力学性能。
