The invention relates to preparation of a ceramic-based composite material fastener, in particular to a preparation method of a nano-reinforced ceramic-based composite material fastener, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, large-size screws and pins are difficult to prepare by adopting a 2D plain laminated plate or a 3DN ceramic-based composite material plate; in order to overcome the defects of low tensile strength and low shear strength of the prepared small-size screws and pins, the preparation method adds the step of preparing nanowires after rough machining through mechanical processing on the basis of the existing composite material fastener preparation, then prepares a ceramic matrix, and performs fastener processing to obtain the fastener.
本发明涉及陶瓷基复合材料紧固件制备,具体涉及一种纳米强化陶瓷基复合材料紧固件的制备方法,为解决现有技术中存在采用2D平纹叠层板材或3DN陶瓷基复合材料板材难以制备大尺寸螺钉、销钉,且制备的小尺寸的螺钉、销钉的抗拉、抗剪切强度也较低的不足之处,制备方法在现有的制备复合材料紧固件的基础上,通过机械加工进行粗加工后,增加了制备纳米线的步骤,然后再制备陶瓷基体、进行紧固件加工得到紧固件。
