A refractory material resistant to high temperature and reducing atmosphere is used in roasting equipment, and the refractory material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15 to 25 weight percent of zinc-aluminum spinel particles, 15 to 25 weight percent of corundum powder, 20 to 30 weight percent of SiC-zinc-aluminum spinel particles, 10 to 20 weight percent of periclase particles and 10 to 30 weight percent of Al2O3 and CaCO3 particles.
