The invention discloses a pavement anti-cracking treatment method for a road-bridge fusion system, which is characterized in that an L-shaped lateral limiting steel plate is arranged at the joint of an expansion joint of a soil roadbed and a widened bridge, a bottom plate of the L-shaped lateral limiting steel plate is buried in a water-stable gravel layer of the soil roadbed, and the top of the L-shaped lateral limiting steel plate is 1cm away from an asphalt pavement layer; a widening sealant is arranged between the L-shaped lateral limiting steel plate and the widening bridge plate; and an epoxy asphalt mixture is arranged between the web of the L-shaped lateral limiting steel plate and the soil roadbed and is buried below an asphalt concrete pavement layer of the soil roadbed. On the basis of the innovative concept of rigid isolation and lateral constraint, the L-shaped lateral limiting steel plates are used for limiting deformation, and the epoxy asphalt mixture has the excellent performance of deformation resistance and high adhesion; the problem of pavement longitudinal cracks at the joint of a slab bridge expansion joint and a soil roadbed in reconstruction and extension projects of bridge structures such as a slab-pile road, a slab-pile retaining wall roadbed and a half-hill slab bridge is effectively solved, pavement maintenance is reduced, and driving comfort is improved.
本发明公开了一种路桥融合体系的路面防裂处治方法系,在土路基与拼宽桥梁于伸缩缝衔接处设置L型侧向限位钢板,L型侧向限位钢板的底板埋置于土路基水稳碎石层内,其顶部距离沥青路面层1cm;在L型侧向限位钢板与拼宽桥梁板之间设置拼宽密封胶;在L型侧向限位钢板腹板与土路基之间设置环氧沥青混合料,埋置于土路基沥青混凝土铺装层之下。本发明基于“刚性隔离,侧向约束”的创新理念,利用L型侧向限位钢板限位变形,以及环氧沥青混合料抗变形、高粘接的优异性能,有效解决采用桩板道路、桩板挡墙路基及半山板桥等桥梁结构的改扩建工程中板桥伸缩缝与土路基衔接处路面纵向裂缝问题,减少路面维养,提升行车舒适性。
