Relates to the technical field of compaction machinery and comprises a rack, the rack comprises a horizontal support, a vertical support and a semicircular support, a driving assembly is arranged on the horizontal support, a shock absorber is arranged between the driving assembly and the horizontal support, and a groove is formed in the inner ring of the semicircular support; the right end of the steel wheel is connected with the driving assembly, and the left end of the steel wheel is rotatably arranged in the semicircular support, extends out of the semicircular support and exceeds the left end of the vehicle body; the damping assembly is arranged in the groove and is in contact with the steel wheel; and the compaction detection device comprises an image acquisition camera, an image data processor and a route track prediction display. The left end of the steel wheel extends out of the semicircular bracket and exceeds the left end of the vehicle body, so that the transition section can be subjected to welt compaction; the left end and the right end of the steel wheel are damped by arranging dampers and damping assemblies; and by arranging the compaction detection device, the compaction equipment can be prevented from colliding with the structure of the transition section.
